Where to put a comma?
The AWG-LCA is currently talking on the „Enhanced action on Adaptatione“. The Chair was telling the delegates waht submission have been made After discussion, a five minutes break (actually 15min) was held and now they type the submission – as delegations read them out loud – on a computer screened big on the stage. Sounds professional (about as professional as the Green Youth). Interesting debates arouse now on where to put commas. Delegations speak up telling that their submissions were put in the wrong paragraph and „paragraph“ and „page“ is mixed up, leading to confusion.
This all shows to conservatives what a crazy bunch the UNFCCC is, to me it shows how bi gthe challenge and the workload is actually for the involved participants. It is really hard to follow all here if you are not a specialist. Even the delegations were happy to receive an expalnation of the Norewgian proposal by the CAN group in their daily ECO newspaper.
